Représentant(e)s aux ventes internes

  • Diplôme universitaire de quatre ans souhaité.
  • Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en ventes internes, expérience en gestion de territoire interentreprises/gestion de comptes requise.
  • Expérience souhaitée dans la vente interne de produits pharmaceutiques, de dispositifs ou de technologies médicales.
  • Expérience dans l’établissement et le maintien de relations avec les clients.
  • Expérience dans la tenue de registres exacts de toutes les activités de vente.
  • Capacité avérée à atteindre/dépasser systématiquement les objectifs de vente définis pour le territoire.
  • Expérience avec Salesforce et Veeva souhaitée.
  • Solides compétences d’écoute, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
  • Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite.
  • Capacité à comprendre et à transmettre des informations précises et complexes sur les produits aux professionnels de la santé, de manière avisée, rassurante et professionnelle.
  • Capacité à accepter et à rapidement mettre en pratique les informations acquises dans le cadre de l’accompagnement professionnel et de rétroactions pour améliorer le rendement individuel et l’expérience client.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches sur plusieurs systèmes (le cas échéant).
  • Solide éthique de travail, fiabilité et ponctualité au moment de se présenter au travail comme convenu.
  • Capacité à faire preuve de flexibilité au besoin pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels fluctuants.
  • Espace de travail privé, calme et dédié requis.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les profils de prescripteurs cibles actuels et potentiels.
  • Se tenir au courant des développements sur le marché et des produits de la concurrence.
  • Maintenir une image professionnelle pour l’acheteur et les produits de l’acheteur.
  • Participer à toutes les formations et réunions de vente requises.
  • Planifier et organiser le territoire pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes et d’appels.
  • Faire des présentations commerciales.
  • Soumettre de façon complète et précise et en temps opportun tous les relevés de temps, détails et activités d’appel, dans le système de gestion des relations-clients approuvé.
  • Conformité au programme promotionnel et utilisation appropriée du matériel promotionnel et des dépenses promotionnelles.
  • Budgets.
  • Participer à des dîners-conférences virtuels et en présentiel, des programmes de souper et des événements de fin de semaine, ou coordonner ces activités, le cas échéant.
  • Interagir de façon appropriée avec les partenaires ou homologues de co-promotion.
  • Capacité à collaborer.

Inside Sales Representatives

  • Four-year College Degree preferred
  • Minimum (1 to 3 )years inside sales experience, B2B territory management/account management experience required.
  • Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or MedTech sales experience preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
  • Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
  • Experience with Sales Force, Veeva preferred
  • Advance listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in educated, reassuring and professional manner
  • Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems (if needed)
  • High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
  • Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs
  • Private, quiet, dedicated workspace required
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
  • Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products
  • Maintain a professional image for Buyer and Buyer Products
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings
  • Plan and organize Territory to meet sales and call targets
  • Make sales presentations (Details)
  • Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, Details, call activity, within the approved CRM
  • Compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense
  • Budgets
  • Participate or coordinate virtual and live lunch & learns, dinner programs, weekend events, as appropriate
  • Have appropriate interaction with co-promotional partners or counterparts
  • Ability to collaborate
