IQVIA has new and exciting opportunities for Regional Training Executives, who possess excellent coaching skills with  demonstrable account management, or market access skills to work in partnership with one of the leading specialty pharmaceutical companies.

Working as a Regional Training Executive, you will support and optimise the skills of regional sales teams, working to improve their NHS environmental knowledge, key account management skills and developing different skills needed for the future through supplemental coaching visits in the field, workshops and developmental programmes.

You will put emphasis on supporting managers to gain optimal commercial performance from initiating and embedding account management as a way of working and supporting for the future.  The successful candidates for these roles will possess sound knowledge of the local environment – NHS and product, strong consultative selling skills, ITC experience ideally plus gravitas and innovation, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrable coaching/training experience
• Strong Account Management or Market Access skills
• Sound knowledge of the local NHS environment
• Excellent team working ability and strong influencing skills
• Full EU Driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Full eligibility to work in the UK
• ABPI Qualified
