Virtual Therapy Area Specialist

IQVIA are currently recruiting for a Virtual Therapy Area Specialist, in a fully remote role, working in secondary care, covering an established growth hormone product in the exciting therapy area of rare diseases.

Suitable candidates would have exceptional virtual sales experience, great communication skills and excellent customer service and presentation skills.

This promotional virtual role will require you to work in a clinical sales capacity working with doctors, endocrinologists and nurses to ensure growth of the product in line with company targets. You will also liaise with nurses, pharmacists, and procurement to ensure any stock issues are effectively managed.

You will be excellent at customer engagement, disease and brand knowledge, to effectively work with NHS stakeholders across the patient pathway in order to maximise uptake of our clients’ medicines in line with key objectives.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with:

• Graduate or Equivalent (ideally Life Sciences)

• ABPI Code of Practice

• UK pharmaceutical industry experience

• Effective working knowledge of NHS structures and the inter dependencies between Health and Care systems and service providers, across primary care and secondary care.

• Advanced selling skills and ability to critically appraise & present clinical and real-world data with impact.

• Experience in building long term customer relationships and advocacy development.

• Promote ongoing learning agility and Continuous Professional Development for self and others, demonstrating a growth mindset.
