With a degree in Business and Marketing, and a previous career in management and graduate recruitment, I decided to embark on a specialist career with IQVIA over 21 years ago, and have not looked back since.

My responsibilities as a Senior Talent Resource Manager have been incredibly varied, and I have been fortunate enough to work in a dynamic environment, and provide advice, not only as a specialist recruiter of talent, but also as a project manager, coach and mentor to some amazing people.

I have had the opportunity to win many awards including ‘Pharmaceutical Recruiter of the Year’ and advise a significant number of pharmaceutical organisations and personnel on their recruitment strategies to help them successfully build and manage their sales teams.
