Having worked at IQVIA since 2004, I have a total of 18 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry. I started my career at IQVIA as a Medical Sales Representative, and through the companies in house development program became a Field Trainer I also completed the company’s first line management training program.

I joined the IQVIA Talent Acquisition team in 2011 and have experience of recruiting across a wide spectrum of Pharmaceutical roles including Medical Affairs /Sales Directors/Market Access /Nurses/Dispensing Doctors/Clinical roles. I’m currently working as a Talent Acquisition Director responsible for the recruitment strategy of the IQVIA International CSMS business a role which mixes a zeal for recruitment and a passion for science gained from my educational background which includes a PhD in Chemistry and a degree in Law and Medicinal Chemistry.

I’ve been rewarded at IQIVA with opportunities to showcase my talent in the industry and in 2012 won the PharmaTimes Sales Recruiter of the Year award, the final year the award was competed. The best and most enjoyable part of my role is leader an international Team of Talent Acquisition Managers who enable me to meet with talented individuals across the Globe, being able to career match them in the right role at the right time. I find watching their development within IQVIA very motivational.
