Nurse Project Manager

IQVIA have a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse Project Manager to manage our Flex Nurse Programme in Patient Engagement Services.

As well as managing a team of passionate Field Managers and Nurse Advisors, the Nurse Advisor Project Manager will be responsible for managing all stakeholder relationships to meet customer satisfaction requirements.  In addition, the Nurse Advisor Project Manager will ensure revenue and contribution targets are met and excellent customer expectations are achieved.

It is essential that the Nurse Project Manager has a good working knowledge of the health service, national clinical systems and is able to manage complex projects across a number of key customers.

As a Nurse Project Management at IQVIA, you will be responsible for:

• Second line project management – accountable for field managers and nurse advisors
• Project delivery: work within the framework of ABPI and NMC codes of conduct
• The key financial programme performance deliverables and accurately record and track results for reporting purposes
• Monitoring and coaching to maximise field-based performance
• Client contact for relationship management/day to day operational activities
• Managing and prioritising a variety of nurse projects and patient support programmes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong focus on attention to detail  
• The ability to report data accurately  
• A proven track record of building genuine relationships with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial
• Numerical and IT literate
• Educated to degree level is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience in nursing would be advantageous
