Nurse Advisor

Location: remote

As a Remote Nurse Advisor you will be supporting multiple patient services and healthcare professionals across a variety of clinical settings.

You will be supporting with patient calls (incoming and outgoing) across our client’s projects, mainly within MS and some ECG data analysis. You will use Twilio and on occasion Attend Anywhere when carrying out remote training sessions. You will be part of a wider team that consists of both field based and remote nurses, where the remote nurses work closely with field based nurses to provide ongoing support following initial face to face visits.

You will need to be:

• A registered General Nurse
• Have the ability to be able to flex your workload depending on your priorities
• Able to manage one’s own workload with minimal guidance, and possess a desire to deliver results and meet deadlines
• Able to demonstrate effective communication in all formats, both face to face, and over the phone/ virtually
• Flexible with travel when needed ie attend some external meetings and training
• Be digitally adept and have an aptitude for using technology and CRM systems
