IQVIA are looking for a dynamic nurse field manager, to lead, coach and develop a team of clinical nurse advisors to deliver outstanding patient care in the patient’s home and/or within the clinic environment.

The Nurse Field Manager will be responsible for:

• First line manager of clinical field-based clinical nurses delivering a variety of clinic (hospital based) and home visit programmes.
• Ensuring a consistently high standard of nursing service that meets the needs of the business, customers and patients
• Ensure the team is compliant with all recognised and relevant standards, internally and externally, to ensure patient safety and in order to comply with legislation as defined by government and statutory bodies.
• Managing the performance of the nurse team to achieve agreed KPIs and metrics and deliver exceptional customer service to patients and our Clients.

You must be an NMC Registered Nurse with a current NMC Pin. We are looking for someone who has sound clinical experience and who is also determined and motivated to lead and manage the Nursing team. You’ll be travelling throughout the UK in this role, so a full UK driving licence is essential

Essential Skills:

• Registered Nursing qualification/s current NMC pin
• Minimum of 5 years post registration with at least 2 at management level.
•  Industry/commercial experience – an advantage
•  Full UK drivers’ licence
