Key Account Manager - Thalassaemia - National Opportunity
IQVIA is working in partnership with a global pharmaceutical company who's research focus is on the use of medicines to treat disorders caused or worsened by excessive iron or faulty processing of iron in cells in the body. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager who is passionate about working in Thalassaemia across the UK.
The successful Key Account Manager will ideally have experience, be an excellent communicator who enjoys actively partnering with others and is able to challenge the norm to ensure success is delivered. Strong organisational and analytical skills and a results orientated, patient-focused approach is essential for this very accountable role.
You will bring evidence of developing and implementing successful complex business plans, formulary success and ideally market access experience. The ability to use clinical and health economic data effectively in customer interactions, plus demonstrable understanding of how national NHS drivers influence local healthcare priorities are also important for this role.

Qualifications/Experience
Evidence of market access work with payers (meds management/commissioners)
Ideally new product launch experience in the last 2-3 years
Driven to succeed and evidence of achievements in Pharmaceutical arena.
Ideally experience within Thalassaemia
High level of selling and interpersonal skills
High level of commercial acumen and negotiating skills
Ability to create positive relationships with all business partners
ABPI qualified
Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points)
Full eligibility to work in the UK
