Covid-19 Survey Specialist – Field Based

Location: National – Multiple Territories across the UK

IQVIA is seeking to recruit Field Based Survey Specialists to support our COVID-19 Sampling Study, working in a community setting to gather survey data through swab testing. Across your geographical territory, you will be visiting survey participants, collecting data and supporting them to carry out a self-swab sample.

We are looking for flexible and adaptable individuals to work full time (37 hours) or 4 days (30 hours) per week.  Within these hours there will also be evening and weekend work required.

The ideal candidates will have a friendly, professional, service orientated approach, ideally with experience in a customer facing environment. You will be confident to manage your own workload and meet with the general public to explain the survey process and answer queries.  You will bring great communication skills, be IT literate, able to accurately report and maintain records within program timescales. You will be highly organised and have a positive approach.

We would be particularly interested in hearing from you if you have experience in Customer Service or Sales, or a background in the travel, healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. This role could also be the perfect opportunity for a graduate calibre applicant looking to get into the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

As a Field Tester at IQVIA you need to be/have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Work autonomously and confidently in a field based setting
• Strong IT skills and a high level of accuracy in reporting / data capture 
• Bring a friendly and professional approach
• Previous Customer service experience preferred
• A confident driver with full UK driving licence (maximum 6 pts)
• Eligible to work full time in the UK  
• Flexible and able to work some weekends and evenings
