Business Excellence Manager Belux Oncology

The Business Excellence Manager Belux develops and implements the Commercial & Medical effectiveness strategy, action plans and capabilities. He is accountable for driving customer effectiveness and optimisation of field force performance and productivity.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Define and lead the implementation of overall commercial & medical excellence activities and projects locally: develop Commercial & Medical Effectiveness strategy for Belux, identify performance issues root cause and provide solution implementation to Business Unit, implement with Franchises Commercial & Medical digital solutions fitted for purpose both now and for the future (CRM/XPM/CLM/Multichannel/…), coordinate and monitor continuous improvement on these processes and solutions
  • Key Performance Indicators: design best suitable performance analysis to deliver key insights and enable tracking of business objectives, identify new data sources to enable new insights within the business, work with Business Unit and external vendors to ensure the best quality data is easily accessible to all commercial teams, identify best option for delivery of reports to internal customers
  • Targeting and Segmentation: develop customer prioritization strategies to ensure most efficient use of field resources, develop innovative market segmentation strategies to support allocation of marketing spend, track implementation of targeting and segmentation strategies and work closely with Business Managers and BUDs to drive engagement
  • Tools, Processes and Systems: ensure optimal use of ETMS by users to get best understandings of performance, build & Monitor Sales Forces Incentive plans in alignment with Business Unit, identify best practice tools for enabling excellent Account Management, train end users on how to make the most of available tools and systems
  • OE Ambassador: actively participate to Belux LT, work closely with global colleagues to share best practice and ensure alignment with global strategy, be the local ambassador for specific Global SCCO Commercial Excellence projects and pilots

Experience / Qualifications

Several years of successful Commercial Analytics or Business Analyst experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry or as a Consultant. Proven track record of performing complex statistical analysis that leads to actionable information. Experience in management and delivery of cutting-edge projects with a successful track record of drive and impact.

Fluent written and spoken English is essential, French is a plus
