With degrees in linguistics, literature and diplomacy, I started at Innovex Belgium as a recruiter in 2007. Ten years later, including a name change (Quintiles) and a merger (QuintilesIMS), I am still very happy to work here! Over the years, my duties were extended and changed – sometimes following, sometimes anticipating on the many evolutions in the pharmaceutical industry. In the meantime, the collaboration between companies active in medical equipment and in biotechnology has very much intensified. Geographically speaking, we have expanded to the Netherlands, France and Nordics from the start.
Here at QuintilesIMS, I have always had the opportunity to develop myself by interacting with colleagues across the different departments on both a national & international level, via internal & external trainings (career coaching) and by honestly communicating with applicants & customers. I feel fulfilled when I go home in the evening and motivated in the morning to work out the best possible match between all stakeholders. Of course, optimising all those partnerships poses a never-ending challenge too.
