About the Role: Ceuta, an IQVIA company, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager! You'll develop and implement marketing strategies for key clients, driving sales and brand growth. Collaborate with colleagues to create impactful marketing and trade plans.

Career Experience:

• Marketing Expertise: Relevant and recent marketing experience in consumer packaged goods is essential. Knowledge of grocery and/or pharmacy trade sectors is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with Health & Beauty, OTC, or licensed medicines is advantageous.
• Regulated Markets: Working knowledge or experience in highly regulated markets is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing plans.
• Analyze product categories and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with agencies on advertising, media, and packaging design.
• Support sales teams with brand updates and marketing expertise.
• Monitor budgetary expenditures and report on brand performance.

Qualifications:

• Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) essential; Marketing degree preferred.
• Relevant marketing experience in consumer packaged goods.
• Knowledge of grocery, pharmacy trade sectors, and regulated markets preferred.

Skills:

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively.
