I have been very fortunate to have a long and exciting career in Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing,  both in North America and here in the UK. I am passionate about working in roles where I can make a real difference; it is in my nature! With many years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and Learning and Development,  I enjoy turning my hand to new ways to attract talent to our organisation and will always continue to venture into new territories of development in order to add real value to everything I do.
