IQVIA, en partenariat avec notre client Masimo, une entreprise mondiale de technologie médicale proposant une variété de technologies de surveillance des patients non invasives, recherche un représentant commercial hautement performant pour rejoindre notre équipe! Nous sommes vivement intéressés par les personnes énergiques, dynamiques et passionnées.
Le représentant en matière de troubles liés à l'usage de substances sera chargé de soutenir et de stimuler la demande pour les produits des clients, tout en maintenant et en développant les relations avec les clients pour les dispositifs innovants d'intervention en matière de troubles liés à l'usage d'opioïdes. Le poste requiert une personne possédant un fort sens des affaires et capable de travailler en équipe. Les représentants travailleront avec une liste d'appels fournie par le client pour rencontrer des médecins et fournir une formation, identifier les principaux réseaux de référence et déterminer où les thérapies peuvent aider à fournir une solution de soins de santé complète.
Responsabilités:
- Compléter avec succès toutes les formations prévues pour le poste, et consacrer le temps nécessaire pour conserver et développer la formation fondamentale sur les produits et la formation clinique.
- Mener toutes les activités de vente conformément aux lignes directrices en matière de déplacements et de divertissements, aux politiques d'Advamed et aux politiques d'intégrité.
- Conformité au programme promotionnel et aux déjeuners et conférences pour HCPS.
- Fournir des mises à jour en temps opportun au chef de projet sur les activités commerciales en cours, les conditions concurrentielles, les tendances de l'industrie, etc.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les profils de prescripteurs cibles actuels et potentiels
- Classer les besoins cliniques, les objectifs et les contraintes des clients liés aux soins aux patients.
- Déterminez où les thérapies peuvent aider à fournir une solution de soins de santé complète.
- Identifier les principaux réseaux de référence pour la thérapie assignée
Exigences
- Diplôme de 4 ans d'un collège ou d'une université accrédité requis ; un diplôme en soins de santé est un plus
- 1 an de vente interentreprises, de dispositifs médicaux et/ou pharmaceutiques requis
- Expérience de travail pour des centres de traitement de récupération, en mettant l'accent sur la sensibilisation des entreprises, de préférence
- Expérience faisant appel à des centres de traitement de la toxicomanie, souhaitée
- Antécédents éprouvés et cohérents de performances et de réalisations de haut niveau avec des preuves documentées à l'appui
- Succès démontré en matière de persuasion, d’influence et de négociation
- Capacité démontrée à appliquer des techniques et/ou
- savoir scientifique
- Expérience de vente consultative avec la gestion de comptes dans le secteur de la santé
- Capacité à développer et entretenir de solides relations avec les clients
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Expérience Salesforce.com ou CRM similaire préférée
- Le candidat doit résider ou vivre à proximité du territoire géographique attribué
- Un permis de conduire valide

IQVIA, in partnership with our client Masimo, a global medical technology company with a variety of noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, is looking for a high performing sales representative to join our team! We are keenly interested in high energy, drive, and passionate people.
The Substance Use Disorder Representative will be responsible for supporting and driving demand for customer products, while maintaining and growing customer relationships for innovative opioid use disorder intervention devices. The position requires someone with a strong business acumen that can work in a team environment. Representatives will be working with a call list provided by the client to meet with physicians and provide education, identify key referral networks and determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully completes all assigned training for the role, as well as dedicates the necessary time to both retain and build the on foundational product and clinical training
- Conduct all sales activities according to Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies.
- Compliance with promotional program and lunch and learns for HCPS.
- Provide timely updates to Project Manager on ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, industry trends, etc.
- Maintain and update current and prospective target Prescriber profiles
- Classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care.
- Determine where therapies can assist in providing a comprehensive healthcare solution.
- Identify key referral networks for the assigned therapy
Requirements:
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university required; healthcare degree is a plus
- 1 year business to business, Medical Device and/or pharmaceutical sales required
- Experience working for recovery treatment centers with a focus on business outreach preferred
- Experience calling on Substance Use Treatment Centers preferred
- Proven and consistent track record of top performance and achievements with documented evidence to support
- Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical and/or
- scientific knowledge
- Consultative sales experience with healthcare industry account management
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience preferred
- Candidate should reside in or live within proximity to the assigned geographical territory
- A valid driver’s license
