Telephone Sales Team Representative

Therapy Area: Respiratory

Location: Stockley Park/Brentford

Job Description

A telephone/digital representative role with objectives to drive sales performance within a high performing, customer-focused Respiratory telephone sales team.

This is an outbound selling role calling HCPs in primary care promoting a medicine in the respiratory portfolio. You will manage a target list of customers across broad geographies, analysing sales data and understanding local market access priorities to plan and deliver high quality impactful sales calls.  

The primary focus of this role is to drive sales performance across Respiratory portfolio, however of upmost importance is also owning and delivering excellence in customer interactions

After completing all relevant training, and with support from the line manager, representatives should take personal accountability in becoming an expert within the respiratory disease area and environment - including the disease, medicines, competitors and campaign - in order to effectively sell the benefits of respiratory medicines

Ensure ethical behaviour and full compliance of self and others within ethical working policy, other policies, health and safety requirements, and UK regulatory and ABPI requirements

Basic Qualifications

Previous experience working as a telephone representative or in a sales and/or marketing role

Track record of strong performance in previous roles

Degree level or other relevant experience

Well aligned to expectations and values

Ability to work in a complex environment - interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

Proven ability to interact with customers

Preferred Qualifications

ABPI examination (can be completed within role after 9 months)
