Nos technicien(ne)s en entretien sur place bénéficient d’une occasion unique d’utiliser leur expérience technique en collaborant avec des professionnels de la santé et en menant des initiatives techniques dans le domaine de la technologie des dispositifs médicaux.

Vous serez responsable de l’installation du matériel et des logiciels pour les dispositifs de distribution automatisée de médicaments, ainsi que de la formation dispensée aux professionnels de la santé au sein des systèmes de santé.

La gamme de produits actuellement prise en charge est un dispositif de distribution de médicaments. C’est une excellente occasion pour vous de faire progresser vos compétences techniques et vos talents de leadership! 

Nous embauchons immédiatement, avec une date de début dès que possible. Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous devrez vous déplacer à l’échelle nationale, et vous devez être disponible du lundi au vendredi.

Responsabilités : 

  • Organiser, tester et mettre à jour les dispositifs médicaux, installer et configurer le matériel, les logiciels et les produits réseau.
  • Mettre en place et organiser les équipements et les postes de travail.
  • Effectuer des vérifications de routine et enregistrer les données des tests de produits après l’installation et la configuration. 
  • Superviser une équipe de personnel de soutien, gérer les échéanciers des projets et les besoins des clients.
  • Gérez les échéanciers du projet et les besoins des clients
  • Poste journalier nécessitant des déplacements et une grande flexibilité 
  • Voyager à l’échelle nationale chaque semaine pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Un EPI approprié est fourni à tous les employés avant le début des affectations.

Exigences du poste : 

  • Un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction est requis pour ce poste 
  • Vous devez être à l’aise avec les logiciels de base et le système d’exploitation Microsoft 
  • Capacité d’assembler et de démonter de l’équipement et des appareils 
  • Capacité de s’asseoir et de se tenir debout pendant de longues périodes et de soulever jusqu’à 50 lb (23 kg) 

Des tâches peuvent nécessiter le respect des exigences du client en matière de vaccination complète de toutes les personnes fournissant des services sur place.

Une expérience dans les domaines de la santé, de la technologie pharmaceutique, du service sur le terrain, de l’ingénierie, du biomédical, de la maintenance, du service à la clientèle, de l’électronique, de l’électricité, du travail technique ou de l’informatique est un atout pour ce poste.

Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology.

You will be responsible for installing both hardware and software for automated medication dispensing devices, and then delivering education to the healthcare professionals within healthcare systems.

The current product line being supported is a medication dispensing system device. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your technical and leadership skills!

We are hiring immediately with an expected start date of as soon as possible. This position requires you to travel 100% regionally and nationally, must have open availability Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

- Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
- Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
- Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
- Manage project timelines and customer needs.
- Per-diem position requiring travel and open flexibility
- Traveling nationally weekly to support customer needs.

Appropriate PPE is provided to all employees prior to the start of assignments.

Job Requirements:

-An active and unrestricted driver license is required for this position
-Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system
-Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices
-Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy technician, field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, customer service, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is beneficial for this position.
