Program Manager, In-Home Clinical Solutions Operations – Remote

Job Summary:
The Program Manager manages the relationship with the manufacturer and the In-Home Clinical Solutions team. The Program Manager also oversees the day-to-day functions of Case Coordination to ensure all patient visits are efficiently and effectively scheduled. Overall, this role provides strategic client management, coupled with oversight of the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) team.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position oversees the Case Coordination management and staff members. In addition, the Manager of Network Operations works to consistently streamline day-to-day operations for Case Coordination staff. Manages personnel matters as needed.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Delegated to be the direct point of contact with Client: Provide key updates and deliver monthly & quarterly reports and business reviews to the Client.
- Determines work procedures and expedites daily workflow of specific Client programs.
- Manages all case coordination duties, including oversight of service request intake, appointment scheduling, confirmation calls, reminder emails, and the distribution of visit results to prescribing HCPs.
- Monitor and verify PCC tasks and communications with Client, patients, and providers.
- Support resolution of escalations and questions arising from PCC team
- Address staff and customer questions and recommend corrective actions.
- Update SOPs and BRD per client request and/or change in protocol while maintaining version control.
- Run daily reports to ensure Case Coordination staff is efficiently managing workload.
- Prioritizes and communicates market needs for clinical programs to Network Development for recruitment.
- Monitors program’s financial budget and reviews with client, and assists with billing and invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five years of relevant work experience
- Team management/supervisor experience.
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in cross training in various departments, knowledge of interdepartmental coordination and communication procedures
- Client management and presentation experience
- Understanding of IQVIA in-home clinical solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
- Related field experience in healthcare administration and/or customer service.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially MS Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong managerial and diplomacy skills, including a focus on team building.
- Project management experience in overseeing or contributing in difficult, multi-discipline projects.
- Strong presentation and client management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.

The potential base pay range for this role is 90,000-94,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
