As a Medical Sales Representative with IQVIA, you will use your strong sales background and enthusiasm for the role and be working remotely initially using virtual platforms to engage with customers moving into more of a hybrid role (remote and face to face) once the pandemic eases.

As a Medical Sales Representative you will:

  • Sell products to healthcare professionals across a number of accounts, always representing high ethical standards.

  • You will work as part of a cross functional team, responsible for selling to prescribers (or prescribing influencers) in GP practices, hospitals and retail pharmacy.

  • You will develop strong customer relationships built on your understanding of their needs and your ability to establish your credibility by satisfying those needs.

  • You will demonstrate a high degree of knowledge within your specialist therapy area and employ a range of promotional tactics to successfully develop prescribing among the customers you work with.

  • You will contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within, to build strong business plans and deliver effectively against them.

  • You will be accountable for always working within the UKMC governance framework and ABPI.

As a Medical Sales Representative at IQVIA you will need:

  • A UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)

  • ABPI Qualified (preferred)

  • Previous experience in Medical Sales- or demonstrable Sales success

  • Experience working virtually on various platforms

  • A passion for selling and meeting individual as well as team targets

  • Proven leadership ability and customer focus

  • Strong knowledge of your specialist therapy area and territory

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Strong business insights business planning skills
