IQVIA is seeking to recruit an Operations Associate Project Director - for our IQVIA Covid 19. Infection Survey The role will be responsible for driving the Operational strategy and overseeing the Logistics Operation in line with the project demands and requirements

We are looking for strong Operational Project Management experience, ideally from a CSO background. You will have the skill set and ability to manage complete projects , utilising  your strong organisational skills, exceptional solutions orientation and customer relationship management.  There is a need to understand the speed of change and delivery, in order to change tact and re-prioritise when necessary. Plus, experience in delivering high volume, complex projects. You will build successful relationships with key partners, Healthcare professionals and suppliers via excellent communication skills. Working directly with the ONS, you will ultimately plan and execute our testing in the devolved nations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overall accountability and Operational effectiveness  of the Logistics/Project Operation
  • Developing successful relationships with partner organisations/suppliers/Vendors
  • Ensuring the project achieves high standards of performance via measurement of key areas vs. Key Performance Indicators
  • Driving the Operational strategy; ensuring on-going communication and cross functional working amongst the team

. As an Operations Associate Director at IQVIA you need to be/have:

  • Experienced Project Manager – with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to pick up and manage complete projects from beginning to end.
  •  Strong organisational skills, exceptional solutions orientation and customer relationship management,
  • Excellent collaboration &  project leadership skills across complex/large scale projects involving multiple departments and organisations
  • Ideally, Strong 2nd line management experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong financial management to ensure budgetary KPIs are met
  • Flexible, professional approach  
  • Eligibility to work full time in the UK  
  • Current full UK driving licence (no more than 6 pts.)  

37 Hours per week (Monday to Sunday working pattern)
