National Sales Manager – Lead a New Sales Team in Multiple Sclerosis

Are you an experienced sales leader looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a National Sales Manager to lead a new sales team focused on an innovative oral therapy in the field of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a ground-breaking product and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.

About the Role:

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Product Specialist dedicated to promoting a cutting-edge oral therapy for Multiple Sclerosis. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure the successful market adoption of the therapy. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving sales and improving patient outcomes in the MS community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage a national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve commercial targets.
  • Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in the MS therapeutic area.
  • Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Oversee key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align on strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on neurology or Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
