IQVIA are looking for a results-driven and innovative Hybrid Key Account Manager to join our thriving Oncology team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the field of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and have a proven track record of transforming strategic plans into impactful results, we want you to apply today!
This role covers Scotland and the North of England.
Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Understand and develop the local account landscape, dissecting patient flows, clinic pathways, and the competitive environment.
- Craft strategic plans that not only create opportunities for our client in mCRC but redefine what success looks like.
- Lead in developing and executing cross-functional territory-level account plans for our client, navigating the intricate path to achieve sales targets within defined budgets and timelines.
- Increase customer engagement, leveraging a mix of channels to deliver impactful messages with a split of 70% remote, 30% in-person channel mix.
- Lead omni-channel execution, harmonising brand strategy to ensure a powerful share of voice resonates within the target customer population.
- Rapidly build meaningful and productive relationships with external stakeholders to assess and address customer’s needs (including strong emphasis on enabling digital interactions but with the flexibility to meet customer interaction preferences).
- Contribute to the brand team’s insight generation plan by feeding in relevant learnings to ensure continued strategic development.
- Ensure that all activities are not only strategically sound but also compliant with medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review processes, and ABPI standards.
Who You Are:
- Proven success in pharmaceutical sales, especially in secondary care.
- Oncology experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in partnership working and patient pathway development is preferred.
- Business or life sciences degree with over 5 years in sales or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and digital.
- Ability to simplify complex situations and respond flexibly to customer preferences.
- Above-average IT literacy with a passion for digital engagement.
- Exceptional customer focus and autonomy in small cross-functional teams.
