IQVIA are working with a local French CSO to find Key Account Managers to increase engagement of all key stakeholders in the biosimilars and oncology marketplace. We are partnering with a global company in providing them with an International project to support them in their mission to make medicines more accessible and faster.

Our dedicated Key Account Engagement Manager will be true experts in their fields providing customers detailed information about company and disease area developments and collect information about a variety of facts which are influencing the current and future biosimilar market.

Our Key Account Engagement Manager will be challenged by developing their region interacting with a large variety of stakeholders including :- Prescribers, Nurses, Hospital pharmacists, Hospital administration, Tender authorities, Payers (and other budget holders), Purchasing organizations, Policy makers, Industry associations, Scientific associations, Patient associations.

Our Key Account Engagement Managers will be expected to organize and participate in events like Advisory Boards and congresses. To support these activities and interactions an allocated marketing/activity budget will be provided.

The principal accountabilities include:-

  • Interactions with the customer targets on national, regional and local basis
  • Providing Scientific discussions, Presentations, Data Exchange and Education

All team members are expected to work to Company SOPs and Manuals, Industries code of practice and external regulatory framework at all times.

Knowledge and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have: -

  • A Life Science or Business degree.
  • Perfect written and spoken English.
  • Previous pharmaceutical industry experience working in customer facing roles.
  • An existing network of healthcare professionals within the Oncology and / or Biosimilar market.
  • Certificate to perform field service in the pharmaceutical industry (where legally required).
  • Experience interacting with customer targets on national, regional and local basis.
  • Proficiency in providing scientific discussions, presentations, data exchange and education.
  • Excellent communication skills with practice of being an inspirational presenter influencing large groups of healthcare professionals.
  • A passion for influencing customers through compelling insight.
  • A good understanding of topics beyond the commercial function within a pharmaceutical company like product development, manufacturing, supply, medical, regulatory.
  • A willingness to act like an entrepreneur in proactively searching for the appropriate targets.
