IQVIA is seeking to recruit Field Managers to support and manage our IQVIA Covid 19 Sampling Study. The study operates within a community setting and you will be managing and supporting a team of study workers in the field whose roles are to role to visit participants to deliver swabs, to collect and record accurate data and support a vaccine monitoring program. Within your geographic region you will be responsible for motivating, coaching and managing the activities of your team to ensure all the visits are carried out professionally, accurately and efficiently.

As a Field Manager, it is essential for you to have/be:

Extensive experience as a first line Manager or Trainer Strong people focus and an employee engagement champion Resource and capacity planning also key An effective coach, able to support and motivate your team Great attention to detail and driver of quality Comfortable in an environment with fast changing priorities Highly IT literate with the ability to give guidance and advice on reporting, ensuring your team maintain accurate participants records, completing internal electronic monitoring and reporting systems in accordance with program timescales Highly organised and able to plan your workload effectively Flexible and adaptable individuals as the team you will be managing are required to work some evenings and weekend shifts Confident in working autonomously and managing their own time, with good communication skills and a positive approach Nursing/clinical background is desirable but not essential Field Manager responsibilities will include:

Managing and coaching your team in the efficient sampling and support of participants in the home.

Ensuring your team carry out procedures correctly and effectively Providing continual support to ensure team KPIs and metrics are delivered Join Us
