IQVIA is working with a distinguished medical device company focused on delivering clinically superior breakthrough solutions that will help patients get back to the things that matter.

Our client is committed to creating the next generation of innovative healthcare solutions to address our most important healthcare needs, including reducing the use of opiods while helping patients move from surgery to recovery.

They develop, manufactures and market its recognized brands in more than 90 countries, and holds leading market postions in multiple categories across its portfolio.

The company is comprised of two franchises - Pain Management  and Chronic Care and offer therapies and solutions with a relentless focus on advancing change in the medical device industry in order to reduce the  use of opioids while helping patients recover faster and improve patients’  quality of life.

To further strengthen the EMEA team and prepare for future growth we will be hiring an enthusiastic Clinical Product Specialist, MEA.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong experience within the Healthcare domain to support our leading market position and drive further growth across the EMEA region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • The role has accountability for the execution of product and business priorities in assigned markets / regions and will work closely with Sales and Marketing to execute regional plans and priorities.
  • Frequent co-travelling to provide the tactical coaching and on-the-job product training and support required to accelerate the successful conversion of business opportunities.
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager (BDM) with development of sales and marketing tools where necessary in Coordination with Marketing
  • Organisation and facilitation of clinical education events focused on end users (physicians, nurses, etc.) including study days and local workshops, as well as coordination of the clinical education during local congresses.
  • Product training of distributors.
  • Facilitation of the field clinical initiatives including, but not limited to, the set up and management of Reference Centres (RC) and Centres of Excellence and New Product Evaluations (NPE).
  • At least 50% business travel is anticipated across MEA.
  • Delivering strategic marketing initiatives, product and clinical expertise to direct and distributor partners.
  • Competitive Intelligence to feed the Marketing plan by gathering and feeding back competitive and market share information as well as market trends.
  • Support,facilitate and attend congresses, workshops, events where necessary

PROFILE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Healthcare market.
  • BA/BS degree or related diploma in science or business management.
  • Clinical or nursing background is a strong plus.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills; ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of autonomy & self-drive, you pay attention to details, you meet the set deadlines and deliver correct and complete information.
  • Hands-on mentality and a desire to work in a mid-size medical company with an entrepreneurial culture.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic is a plus.
