If you are an energetic individual looking for an exciting, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to join our team! The Hybrid Sales Representative, will, among other things, manage an assigned territory and detail health care professionals through outbound and inbound calls. You will contact procurement teams, such as purchasing agents, nurses, office managers, etc., and product choice decision makers such as physicians, pharmacists, and other medical professionals with the goal of maximizing pre-orders, re-orders and enrollment into the e-Commerce platform.

This position is a Hybrid position. It will start off primarily as an inside sales position with the possibility of flexing into field appointments.

Base Salary Range: 72,000 to 75,000

Compensation Package:

Preferred and Required Qualifications and Job Duties:

•            4-year college degree required

•            Minimum 2+ years inside sales experience, B2B territory management/account management experience, or field sales plus large account or hospital experience required, or vaccine sales experience required

•            Experience navigating hospital and long-term care facility infrastructure preferred

•            Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships

•            Experience maintaining accurate records of all sales activities

•            Proven ability to consistently meet/exceed defined territory sales goals

•            Advance listening, problem-solving and decision-making skills

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•            Ability to understand and convey accurate complex product-related information to Healthcare Professionals, in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner

•            Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience

•            Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple systems

•            High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work

•            Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

•            Private, quiet, dedicated workspace required

Remote Working Conditions and Requirements:

  • Remote Working Environment: As this is a remote position, employees are required to establish an appropriate remote work environment. This means the employee should have a quiet, private, dedicated workspace with few to no interruptions. There may be occasions in the future, depending on the employee’s proximity to the office, where IQVIA may require employee to travel to and from the office for various work-related responsibilities.
  • Computers/Laptops: Employees are required to utilize their own computers to perform applicable job duties until such time a computer is provided by the Company. IQVIA accepts no responsibility for damage or repairs to employee-owned equipment.
  • Performance and Communication: Employees will be required to maintain an appropriate level of communication and will be subject to regular meetings via various telecommunication devices and methods; familiarity and comfortability in this environment are required.
