Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual with a keen eye for writing, creating content, and improving processes. You will support resourcing, screening, talent pipelining, and creating engaging content for talent attraction. Collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters to ensure a seamless recruitment process and be involved in the full end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Resourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening: Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines on LinkedIn.
- Recruitment Process Support: Collaborate with Senior Recruiters for efficient hiring processes.
- Communication: Craft compelling job adverts, candidate summaries, and emails.
- Compliance: Participate in right-to-work and vetting processes.
- Technology Utilisation: Use LinkedIn, Workday, Smashfly, and Indeed for talent search.
- Advert Creation: Create SEO-optimized adverts using Workday, Brandworld, and LinkedIn.
- Finding New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new recruitment opportunities.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Be involved in the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Bid Support: Assist in preparing and supporting recruitment bids.
Qualifications:
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Keen eye for writing, creating content, and improving processes.
- Ability to assess skills, abilities, and cultural fit.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.
