Product Demonstrator – Care Homes

This is the perfect role for someone with a genuine passion for training within the care home environment. Ideal for a recent graduate or someone with prior training/care home experience.

We are currently looking for someone to coordinate and carry out training within care homes. You would be training care home workers around the benefits of using our clients products to treat Dysphagia.

As a Care Home Trainer, your role would include:

• Coordinating and facilitating the planning and delivery of our clients Dysphagia Product Portfolio in care homes
• Gaining agreement for prescription use to our clients dysphagia products
• Carry out at least two care home training sessions per day.
• Identify and address any blocks to prescription changes
• Work closely with the dysphagia territory manager and other internal and external stakeholders to discuss feedback and current activity
• Accurate and timely completion of administration tasks

The perfect candidate would be someone with:

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills
• Genuine integrity and great initiative
• Excellent personal organisation and time management
• An interest in nutrition and patient care
