IQVIA MedTech - Project Coordinator - Medical Device Technology

Job Description 

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to collaborate with healthcare professionals and lead technical initiatives in medical device technology. The role involves supporting our Patient Monitoring system used in Critical Care Units, offering an excellent opportunity to enhance your technical and leadership skills while learning about the medical device industry. 

Responsibilities 

• Remote position with occasional national travel to customer sites if needed  

• Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track activities to ensure on-time completion of medical device implementation projects. 

• Schedule weekly hours approx. 32-40 hours per week based on region and customer support. 

• Book travel for Healthcare Professional speakers using a designated platform. 

• Process invoices and payment packages. 

• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and effectiveness. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 

• 2-3 years of project coordination, event planning, field service scheduling/coordination, or similar roles required. 

• Experience with digital event planning and analytics preferred. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) and comfort with learning new software. 

• Professional business acumen. 

• Strong collaborative team player, attentive to detail, and skilled at managing and prioritizing tasks. 

• Early entry Project management certification holders are encouraged to apply  

• (PMP, Scrum, Agile, Google PM)

Compensation 

The pay range for this role is $25.00-$28.00 hourly, varying based on qualifications and competencies. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus, sales incentives, and/or stock. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
