I started working in Recruitment in 2015, mainly in Sourcing roles. This is my second time working for IQVIA and I am so pleased I have returned.

I am very passionate about giving a great candidate experience and headhunting candidates with niche skillsets. I enjoy process improvement and I am always looking for how new ways of working can be implemented.

Throughout my recruitment career I have worked on a variety of different sectors, IQVIA is the first time I have worked on pharmaceutical roles. I enjoy sourcing for pharmaceutical professionals as thinking about the bigger picture, I am helping the healthcare industry and improving patients lives with every placement.
