Focussing on tailoring  people solutions, implementing unbiased talent attraction strategies, ensuring governance and legislation is in place, whilst enhancing processes.  I lead teams to ensure the provision of a high quality service, both in house and to our clients,  able to attract the best talent, meet the changing needs of the market with the candidate and client experience at the heart of everything I do.
