Clinical Educator - North East/Yorkshire

• Ensure that company strategy is being supported appropriately via educational activities 

• Work with regional team and agree upon appropriate HCPs/trusts/departments to offer educational and product support to 

• Develop and maintain strong links with KOLs and customers to facilitate training sessions and clinic educational support 

• Develop and strengthen regional links with relevant customer organisations such as regional nurse networks 

• Compliantly collate and feedback on nursing activities in CRM system and highlight to regional team any challenges or opportunities presented to delivery of the regional plans 

• Adhere to financial budgets and control procedures 

• Acquire and maintain excellent on-licence product knowledge and disease area expertise 

• Assist in the planning and organisation of appropriate promotional educational meetings 

• Correctly identify situations where it would be more appropriate for the non-promotional team (Medical Team) to work with the customer and facilitate a compliant handover 

• Develop nurse-led initiatives to enhance customer experience and effective pull through within accounts 

• Provide training and education in specialist nursing field to appropriate personnel both within and external to the business 

• This is a promotional role that reports directly to the relevant Pharmacosmos Regional Business Director. It must be made clear to health care prescribers and their staff that this role is part of the promotional team 

• This includes providing education to health care prescribers and their staff on the proper use of designated treatments for assigned disease area, within the product licence 

•  Working as part of a regional cross functional field-based team promoting the Pharmacosmos brands in order to achieve specific objectives in terms of sales & targeted activity 

• To support customers in the education to ensure that they are capable of delivering effective therapies to their patients, in the safest possible manner
