We are looking for a competent Events Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target HCP audience. The event manager will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. Will support all project-related activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.


  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordinate all operations
  • Supervise all staff (event coordinators, logistics and AV agencies.)
  • Approve all aspects before the day of the event
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
  • Understand pharma regulation
  • Align and communicate with partners and with local agencies and affiliates
  • Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and costs of specific project deliverable.


  • Proven experience as event manager, preferable in pharma industry
  • BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management
  • Skilled in project management
  • Knowledge of KPI's and marketing techniques for event management
  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
  • Excellent organizational skills and good time-management skills with ability to maintain demanding timelines.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Ability to work both within an international team environment and independently to prioritize tasks, under minimal supervision
  • Availability to regularly travel, in order to manage all national and regional events in project European countries, occasionally outside Europe
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
  • Fluent English
